Text Messaging Program & Consent
CregConnect Receipts text line · operated by Project Uplink LLC · Last updated: July 2026
Project Uplink LLC operates CregConnect, a private construction-management platform used by our clients' employees. CregConnect includes a text-message line that lets those employees submit business expense receipts by text. This page documents how the program works and how consent is collected.
What the program does
An enrolled employee texts a photo of a business receipt to the number above. The system files the receipt to that employee's authenticated CregConnect expense dashboard, where it is matched to their company credit-card charges for accounting, and replies with a confirmation of how many receipts were received. Messages are strictly transactional — we never send marketing or promotional texts on this line.
Who can use it, and how opt-in works
CregConnect has no public registration — accounts are created by invitation only for employees of the businesses we serve. Consent is collected by a dedicated opt-in control in the employee's own account settings. It is a standalone consent: it is not part of our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or any other agreement, it is not a condition of using CregConnect, and nothing else on that page is bundled into it.
- The employee adds their mobile number to their CregConnect account and verifies it with a one-time passcode sent to that phone.
- In Account settings, under Text Message Consent, the employee must actively select “Yes, I consent to receive text messages”. The default is no consent, and the alternative option, “No, I do not consent”, is presented with equal prominence.
- The full Text Message Communication Consent Agreement is displayed directly beneath that choice, before the employee makes it.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by switching that setting to “No, I do not consent” or by replying STOP to any message. Because the dashboard requires sign-in, we publish this documentation for carrier and compliance review. Participation is optional — employees can always upload receipts in the dashboard or submit them by email instead.

Messaging terms
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of using CregConnect; alternative submission methods are always available.
