Project Uplink LLC (“Project Uplink,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through projectuplink.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company, and message you submit. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to send you a confirmation that we received it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and handle your message:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, DNS, and bot/spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Turnstile is privacy-focused and does not use tracking cookies or profile you across sites.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that reports aggregate visit statistics. It does not track individuals across websites.
- Postmark — delivers the email of your submission to us and sends your confirmation reply.
These providers process data only as needed to perform their service.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our spam protection may store a short-lived technical token in your browser to verify your submission; it is not used to track you.
Data retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you’ve shared with us, email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Text messaging (CregConnect Receipts line)
Our CregConnect platform offers an optional text-message line that enrolled employees of our client businesses can use to submit expense receipts. If you opt in, we collect your mobile number and the messages you send in order to file your receipts and reply with transactional confirmations. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except our messaging delivery provider or as required by law. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
